Homes For Birds!
Join group members and the rangers from Derbyshire Countryside Service for some half term fun on the Green from 1-3pm. We shall be making mini bird tables and bird feeders. There will be lots of fun activities and games to enjoy! All welcome.

We shall be attending the 2011 launch of the Wild-Derby programme in the presence of the Mayor of Derby. Afterwards we shall be visiting Sinfin Moor Park and Nature Reserve.

A walk from Sinfin Shopping centre through countryside and alongside the Trent & Mersey canal. We shall be looking at our wildlife sites before returning to the shopping centre. Meet by the recycling centre at 10am. This walk is about 5 miles. This walk is part of the Wild-Derby programme.

Come in youir halloween costume and join group members and Derbyshire Countryside Service for seasonal family activities. There will be a chance to make bat boxes, see live owls, make a ghost mobile and a host of other fun activities on the Green and in the mobile library.
